Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Process IQ Automation for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

• Salesforce and CRM architecture, implementation, and optimization
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) design and deployment
• Google and Meta Ads architecture and attribution modelling
• Email marketing automation and funnel design
• Revenue operations consulting and reporting

Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request does not constitute a binding agreement. Engagements only commence upon execution of a signed SOW or MSA.

Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Process IQ Automation. Upon full payment, custom deliverables are assigned to the client unless otherwise specified in the SOW.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during an engagement for two (2) years after termination.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
